(CONTRIBUTED PHOTO)

Oleai Elementary School’s competitors were the shining stars in the Readers Forum masters category of the recent Primary Grades Forensic Conference.

Being in the masters category means they are in the winners’ circle, winning at least one event in the previous competition. Most of the winners of this category are from Oleai Elementary School. All the winners of the kindergarten to 2nd grade division are from OES. In the 3rd grade to 5th grade division, OES competitors won three first place from the four groups of Readers Forum masters category.

Oleai Elementary School launched its annual Read-A-Thon last November to help all students and not only just PGFC participants reach their Projected Scaled Score in Reading while encouraging and rewarding students for reading more books online or hard copy. Like Read-A-thon, PGFC events focus on exciting activities and encourage the appreciation of the joy of reading. The students are encouraged to read even during online classes.

The administration, faculty and staff, and parents of Oleai Elementary School would like to extend their congratulations to the following winners and everyone who participated in the second virtual monthly qualifying competition.

K-2 DIVISION
Reader’s Forum Masters
Julienne Rhyme Casuncad, 1st Place
Francisco Tudela, 2nd Place

Dramatic Interpretation
Hallie Marianne Padolina, 5th Place

3-5 DIVISION
Readers Forum Masters A
Leila Leightley, 1st Place
Alexander Joseph Salundaguit, 2nd Place
Eidrian Calibo, 3rd Place

Readers Forum Masters B
Enyan Tang, 3rd Place
Erricka Long, 4th Place

Readers Forum Masters C
Marvic James Javaluyas, 1st Place
Brent Villanueva, 2nd Place
Amlesh David Jr. Jha, 5th Place

Readers Forum Masters D
Zoe Ardieta, 1st Place

Dramatic Interpretation
Brent Villanueva, 2nd Place
Tianmei Jia, 5th Place

Humorous Interpretation
Tianmei Jia, 2nd Place

Duo Interpretation
Zoe Ardieta, 1st Place
Chineinalyn Jones, 1st Place

Choral Speaking
Jovanalyn Mettao, 3rd Place
Jermian Ruben, 3rd Place
Isabel Maximina Carreon, 3rd Place
Erricka Long, 3rd Place
Mario Jr. Sedanza, 3rd Place

Impromptu Speaking A
Alexander Joseph Salundaguit, 5th Place

Impromptu Speaking B
Mario Jr. Sedanza, 1st Place
Hanna Marie Padolina, 2nd Place

CCLHS
Hanna Marie Padolina, 1st Place
Chineinalyn Jones, 2nd Place
Isabel Maximina Carreon, 4th Place

Other Participants
Serena Kailea Wabol
Hanna Gabrielle Ramos
Taizo Kaneshi (PR)

Oleai Elementary School’s competitors were the shining stars in the Readers Forum masters category of…

[4

post-357802","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-local-news
["GET
