(Jayson Camacho)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Department of Community and Cultural Affairs\u2019 Division of Youth Services is going through what is described as an \u201cintensive course\u201d for two days, studying case management and human services protocol.<\/p>\n<p>The course, which is being held at Charley\u2019s Cabaret of the Pacific Islands Club, started yesterday, May 15, and ends today, May 16.
