Prior to that, she was with ASC Trust Company for five years as a special projects manager.<\/p>\n<p>Taitano is a 2005 graduate of the University of Guam and holds the following FINRA Licenses Series 7 \u2014Full Registration\/General Securities Representative, Series 66\u2014Registered Investment Advisor, Life, Health and Variable Insurance License\u2014Guam and California. She also received her Professional Designation from the College for Financial Planning: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.
