The group events, which were scheduled in December 2021, were further moved to January due to remote learning. All the group events, which consists of four groups of Duo Interpretation and one group of Choral Speaking, practiced for one week in January and were all winners.

OES students did an excellent job and placed in all their events since the start of the competition in September 2021. Students continue to practice after school in preparation for the regional competition after one more monthly competition in February. All events are pre-recorded videos except for Impromptu Speaking, which is live via Google Meet.

PGFC competitions encourage public and private school students from kindergarten to fifth grade to participate in and become proficient in the forensic performing arts: reading, public speaking, and interpretation.

Thank you to our OES PGFC coach, Esther Manzano, teachers, and parents for the partnership in supporting our students. Oleai Elementary School Turtle Family would like to extend their congratulations to the following winners who participated in this competition.

K-2 DIVISION
Declamation
Hallie Marianne Padolina, 1st Place

Reader’s Forum B
Julienne Rhyme Casuncad, 1st Place

Humorous Interpretation
Francisco Tudela, 3rd Place

Impromptu Speaking
Hallie Marianne Padolina, 3rd Place

CCLHS
Hallie Marianne Padolina, 5th Place

3-5 DIVISION
Declamation
Alexander Joseph Salundaguit, 1st Place

Amlesh David Jr. Jha, 2nd Place

Jovanalyn Mettao, 4th Place

Dramatic Interpretation
Tianmei Jia, 1st Place

Keanalise Sablan, 2nd Place

Brent Villanueva, 3rd Place

Humorous Interpretation
Tianmei Jia, 2nd Place

Impromptu Speaking
Hallie Marianne Padolina, 2nd Place

Marvic James Javaluyas, 3rd Place

Impromptu Speaking B
Mario Jr. Sedanza, 4th Place

Readers Forum B
Taizo Kaneshi, 4th Place

Readers Forum Masters A

Zoe Ardieta, 2nd Place

Readers Forum Masters B
Leila Leightley, 1st Place

Readers Forum Masters C
Hanna Gabrielle Ramos, 1st Place

Readers Forum Masters D
Brent Villanueva, 3rd Place

Readers Forum Masters E
Alexander Joseph Salundaguit, 2nd Place

CCLHS
Isabel Maximina Carreon, 1st Place

Hanna Marie Padolina, 2nd Place

Chineinalyn Jones, 3rd Place

Duo Interpretation A
Reiana Benavente, 2nd Place

Isabel Maximina Carreon, 2nd Place

Jovanalyn Mettao, 5th Place

Keanalise Sablan, 5th Place

Duo Interpretation B
Hannah Gabrielle Ramos, 1st Place

Enyan Tang, 1st Place

Zoe Ardieta, 5th Place

Chineinalyn Jones, 5th Place

Choral Speaking
Reiana Benavente, 1st Place

Isabel Maximina Carreon, 1st Place

Erricka Long, 1st Place

Jovanalyn Mettao, 1st Place

Mario Jr. Sedanza, 1st Place (PR)

Oleai Elementary School students—affectionately referred to as “turtles” in reference to the school’s mascot—continue to…

[4
8058,7794,739
post-360491","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-local-news","tag-cclhs","tag-impromptu-speaking","tag-pgfc
["GET
