Combine all ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes.<br \/>\n2. Saut\u00e9 in a pan with oil, medium high heat until brown<br \/>\n3. Boil and cover in a pan with tight fitting lid.<br \/>\n4. Bake in a 350f oven for 90mins or a pressure cooker for 1hour.<br \/>\n5. Add one (1) can coconut milk and adjust the taste. <\/p>\n<p>Note: Best with freshly cooked steamed rice and a glass of Chardonnay <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/NY-Steak-11-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-361828\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pan Seared New York Strip Steak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 New York Strip Steak<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n1 tbsp butter<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nFresh herbs [preferably thyme and rosemary]<\/p>\n<p>1. Generously season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.<br \/>\n2. Heat the olive oil on your pan and place steak, garlic, and herbs.<br \/>\n3. Once one side of the steak gets brown or caramelized, turn it over to cook the other side.<br \/>\n4. Cook until brown then add butter. Wait for the butter to melt.<br \/>\n5. When plating, add the juices from the pan unto the steak, along with the herbs and garlic.<br \/>\n6.
