Webinars run from 10am to 11:30am and\u00a0will be conducted via Zoom. \u00b7 Feb. 24 – Federal Contracting Responsibilities – Department of Defense vendors need to protect themselves from cyberattacks. We will discuss DOD\u2019s current requirements as well as the upcoming Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC 2.0).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 March 3 – How to get HUBZone Certified – All of Guam is a HUBZone. The Guam\u00a0PTAC will take you through the certification process, the required supporting documents, and follow-up requirements from SBA.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 How to get 8(a) Certified – The 8(a) program is a business development program for companies owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The Guam\u00a0PTAC\u00a0will discuss eligibility, the online application, and follow-up documentation.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 How to get Women Owned Small Business Certified – WOSB is an official SBA certification program. We will discuss the online certification process as well as supporting document requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 SBA Mentor-Protege Program – The SBA Mentor-Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 program allows small businesses to team up with large businesses without running afoul of affiliation regulations. The Guam\u00a0PTAC will update you on the eligibility requirements, the application process, and follow-up requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responding to Requests for Proposals – The Guam\u00a0PTAC\u00a0will walk participants through the common sections and clauses of an RFP as well as provide tips on developing a proposal in response to an RFP.<\/p>\n
