Any person failing to comply with the financial disclosure requirements is subject to penalties as set forth in 1 CMC \u00a78517 through \u00a78522 and 1 CMC \u00a78571 through \u00a78576, including a $10 per day penalty for periods of delinquency.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact the Office of the Public Auditor at 322-6481\/2, fax at 322-7812, or email: mail@opacnmi.com.
