Paul A. Manglona (Ind-Rota) walked out of the Senate\u2019s special session this afternoon, Monday, that was intended to tackle the Impeachment Rules, after Senate president Jude U. Hofschneider (R-Tinian) asked him why he was talking without being recognized on the floor during the public comment portion and therefore intervening in the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>After a few minutes, Manglona came back and stood before the podium, but the microphone system had already been cut.
