The purpose of the outreach and public hearings is to educate veterans, military personnel, and their families about COTA\u2019s One-Call\/One-Click Transportation Information, Resource &amp; Referral Service Center and to present and hear comments on COTA\u2019s Five-Year Program of Projects.
