(ARC) worked together last March 12 to refresh the Garapan Core Highway medians as a part of their commitment in the Public Private Partnership program of the Governor\u2019s Council of Economic Advisers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kanoa-Football-Club-pix44-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-364715\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kanoa-Football-Club-pix11-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-364714\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Kanoa Football Club and ARC were the first group to adopt a median in the PPP program, even before the Adopt-A-Median campaign was launched.
