Publicly traded U.S. corporations with a revenue over $500 million in 2020 were considered. Based on customer research in 2021 from an independent survey of approximately 50,000 U.S. residents, residents rated companies they know on three touchpoints of trust: customer trust, investor trust, and employee trust. A total of 110,000 evaluations were submitted.

Some of the questions asked were if respondents believed the individual company treated their customers fairly and addressed concerns to their full satisfaction; treated their employees fairly and offers good opportunities for career development; and believed in the company’s values and trusted the company would be a good, long-term investment. Across all industries, the companies that inspired the most trust tended to be long established.

“Bank of Hawai‘i is honored to have been selected by the very people who we serve and support. This recognition is especially meaningful, as our community continues to recover from one of the hardest times in recent history,” said Bank of Hawai‘i chairman, president, and CEO Peter Ho. “This speaks volumes about the commitment our Bank of Hawai‘i teammates have for our customers, and for establishing longstanding, trusted relationships over our nearly 125 years in business.” (PR)

HONOLULU, Hawaii—Bank of Hawai‘i has been ranked No. 3 among America’s Most Trusted Companies in…

[11
13230
post-365337","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business","tag-boh
["GET
