Her presentation\u00a0is part of the ongoing online support groups for\u00a0family caregivers of persons with dementia\u00a0being conducted by the Guam\/Micronesia Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program of the\u00a0University of Guam School of Health.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Crisostomo specializes in preventing, assessing, diagnosing, and treating disorders in speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing.\u00a0Crisostomo will be available after her presentation to answer questions from the group participants.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Also this month, the Guam\/Micronesia Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program and the Guam Museum are collaborating to offer a virtual tour of the Guam Museum\u2019s seventh gallery\u00a0\u201cI Finaloffan Yan I Ma\u2019mai\u2019la,\u201d\u00a0which translates to \u201cOur Past and Our Future.\u201d The tour is\u00a0specially designed for families with older adults and persons with dementia who might not be able to visit the museum in person.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The gallery highlights Guam\u2019s political and economic development, including the CHamoru revitalization of cultural traditions and language, as well as the future of the island.
