She served in that post from April 2010 to December 2011 and from August 2012 to May 2013 Ivan Blanco, chairman of the GOP Central Committee\u2019s public relations team, confirmed last night that GOP board members \u201cunanimously endorsed\u201d Blas-Deleon Guerrero\u2019s Precinct 3 candidacy. <\/p>\n<p>Besides Blas-Deleon Guerrero, the other GOP Precinct 3 candidates are incumbent Rep.
