{"id":367345,"date":"2022-04-29T06:05:23","date_gmt":"2022-04-28T20:05:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=367345"},"modified":"2022-04-29T06:05:23","modified_gmt":"2022-04-28T20:05:23","slug":"repeat-offender-allegedly-caught-with-ice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/repeat-offender-allegedly-caught-with-ice\/","title":{"rendered":"Repeat offender allegedly caught with \u2018ice\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Former Drug Court graduate, Robert Camacho Torres, is facing drug charges again.<\/p>\n<p>Torres, 43, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance and trafficking of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, or \u201cice.\u201d His bail amount is set at $100,000, and his preliminary hearing will be on May 4, 2022<\/p>\n<p>Torres was arrested last April 8, based on a warrant signed by Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho.<\/p>\n<p>According to court papers, Drug Enforcement Task Force learned of Torres\u2019 drug dealing activities through a  \u201cbuy-walk\u201d operation conducted with a \u201cconfidential informant.\u201d Torres was allegedly trafficking ice at Room 209 of the Capital Hotel in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Torres was first arrested in July 2019 for possession of \u201cice\u201d after a traffic stop. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Drug Court graduate, Robert Camacho Torres, is facing drug charges again.
