Borja and Flores will also share the stories of their journeys as writers.\u00a0These poetry reading sessions are specially designed to help caregivers learn to make meaningful connections\u00a0with older adults and persons with dementia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The presentations\u00a0are\u00a0part of the ongoing online support groups for\u00a0family caregivers of persons with dementia\u00a0being conducted by the Guam\/Micronesia Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program of the\u00a0University of Guam School of Health.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Also this month, world-renowned\u00a0dementia care specialists affiliated with Positive Approach to Care will provide training to caregivers of persons with dementia.
