Da\u2019ok Academy\u2019s graduation last Wednesday saw 28 seniors conferred their high school diplomas, with family, friends, and dignitaries in attendance at the Koblerville Elementary School cafeteria.<\/p>\n

The student who demonstrated leadership traits and received the Governor\u2019s Leadership Award was Lance Ray Repeki, who also received the Trail Blazer Award, the Helping Hand Award, the Shark Leader Award, and A Honor Roll in Language Arts.<\/p>\n

The recipient of the Lieutenant Governor\u2019s Leadership Award was Cleman Mikko Techur.

The recipient of the Outstanding Female Graduate Award is Northina John, who is seen posing with Da\u2019ok principal Christine Tudela and Shirley Ogumoro from the Women\u2019s Affairs Office.\u00a0(LEIGH GASES)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n

The Outstanding Female Graduate Recognition Award was presented by the Women\u2019s Affair\u2019s Office to Norintha John.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAgainst All Odds Recognition,\u201d which was Delegate Gregorio Kilili C. Sablan\u2019s special award, was presented to Taldon Langu.<\/p>\n

The Mayor\u2019s Award and Service Learning Award was presented to Herman Sablan.

The recipient of the Principal\u2019s Award was Jesse James Pua who demonstrated leadership and was an active peer model.<\/p>\n

The Resilience Award was presented to Isa Marie Cabrera.<\/p>\n

The recipient of the Shark Award was Jesse James Castro, who demonstrated leadership and was an active peer core model.

Additionally, four of its graduates received the Public School System\u2019s highest scores in Achieve 3000, which is an online coaching tool that aims to improve students\u2019 reading skills. The recipients were John, who had the highest score in March and April; Langu, who had the highest score in April; Keith Joevin Aldan, who had the highest score in February; and Koyuki Ichikawa, who had the highest score in May.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
