Atalig said today, Tuesday, that Gov. Ralph DLG Torres executed Thursday the implementation of the second Local Economic Impact Payment that provides for $500 per eligible filer and dependent.<\/p>\n<p>Atalig said the second local stimulus will be released via the issuance of debit cards within the next three to four weeks, or by mid-June.<\/p>\n<p>He said Torres, along with then-acting Finance secretary Margaret C.
