Congratulations to the CNMI baseball team! True grit! The veterans from the silver medal team from the Yap Micro Games wanted to redeem themselves as they were the best team. It\u2019s sweeter winning at home and the younger kids got to see how the games should be played. There is a saying in sports, \u201cProtect the house at all cost.\u201d Bob Coldeen needs to add a chapter to his baseball book and proclaim these guys as the \u201cbest team ever.\u201d They are now local baseball legends. This team epitomizes all the values we want athletes to show. This is also credited to the CNMI youth baseball development program and all the coaches, parents, volunteers, umpires,\u00a0administrators who gave their time to the sport.\u00a0<\/p>\n
