Donald M. Manglona (Ind-Rota) said Friday that the documents will not be referred to the House of the Judiciary and Governmental Operations Committee or any other committees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are in the middle of the budget process. And so while we are waiting for the Senate, the committee will take a look\u00a0 at all the documents that were submitted by the secretary and we\u2019ll address those issues in our committee meetings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona said they had just received the documents Monday, last week, so they had no time to discuss it as a committee.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona issued a subpoena to compel Finance to provide numerous reports or documents that the committee members have sought.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Secretary David DLG Atalig submitted to the committee the requested documents by the Sept. 12 deadline.
