(BANK OF GUAM)<br \/><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>HAGATFIA, Guam\u2014Bank of Guam has entered into agreements to purchase a portfolio of Guam-based commercial loans and mortgages from ANZ Guam. <\/p>\n<p>The agreements were signed Friday, Oct. 14, 2022, at the Bank of Guam headquarters in Hagatna. <\/p>\n<p>The first phase of these agreements involves transitioning the commercial portfolio to Bank of Guam today, with the final phases expected by the end of the year.<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_377866\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-377866\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Bank-pix2wb.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Bank-pix2wb.jpg\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-377866\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Joaquin Cook left, president and chief executive officer of Bank of Guam, shakes hands with Clarke Schaumann, regional country head of Guam and American Samoa and board director of ANZ Guam<br \/>BANK OF GUAM.
