Igisomar informed Diana Alvarado, who is the U.S. Postal Services contracting officer, that they support the request, provided that the 15-year extension is approved by the CNMI Legislature.<\/p>\n<p>In his letter to Alvarado dated Sept. 21, 2022, Igisomar disclosed that, after a review and in consultation with their Planning Division, DPL\u2019s Compliance Division has confirmed that the U.S. Postal Services building is constructed within its leasehold perimeter premises in Chalan Kanoa. In that regard, he said, the U.S. Postal Service is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement dated July 19, 1997.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_377916\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-377916\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Sixto-K.-Igisomar-mug.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-377916\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Sixto-K.-Igisomar-mug-1024x531.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"498\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-377916\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sixto K.
