Igitol<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>All six tabulating machines that will be used in the Nov. 8 general elections have already been calibrated by a technician from Nebraska-based Election Systems &amp; Software, according to the Commonwealth Election Commission Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>CEC executive director Kayla S. Igitol said the technician came last Oct. 13 and serviced the tabulating machines to make sure they\u2019re all calibrated properly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re all good for election day,\u201d said Igitol, referring to the two big scanner\/tabulating machines and four smaller scanner\/tabulating machines.<\/p>\n<p>She said the technician worked in the afternoon and came back the following morning to make sure all the machines were running well.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_378519\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-378519\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/CEC-machine-pix.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-378519\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/CEC-machine-pix-1024x531.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"498\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-378519\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">In this August 2016 file photo, Nebraska-based Election Systems &amp; Software senior field service technician William McCullough services one of five counting machines used during the November 2016 elections by the Commonwealth Election Commission at the Pedro P. He cleaned it. He calibrated it,\u201d Igitol said.<\/p>\n<p>She said another site support staff from ES&amp;S will be coming either on Nov. 4 or 7 for the tabulation of ballots on Nov. 8 at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe.<\/p>\n<p>The executive director said the four big machines will be used to tabulate the ballots at the Pedro P.
