Igitol announced that according to unofficial tabulation results, Torres-Sablan received 3,698 for early voting on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, while Palacios-Apatang got 3,219 votes.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:20pm, Commonwealth Elections Commission executive director Kayla S.
