Flores. Mayor Flores was very active in the community and has unarguably done a lot for the island of Saipan despite the limited resources allotted to his office. Without question, Donald\u2019s humility and passion for the public service has raised the bar for future mayors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat said, I am declaring my candidacy for mayor simply because, like the late mayor, I believe in hard work and active community involvement. Saipan needs a responsive local chief executive who will not only meet the calls and needs of the community but one who puts the people first.
