(Photos by MVA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Marianas was recently featured on one of Japan\u2019s most popular and longest running television travel shows, \u201cTabi Salad,\u201d bringing the destination an estimated $2.7 million in ad exposure value.<\/p>\n<p>The program, produced by Asahi Broadcasting Co., was filmed as part of a destination awareness media promotion organized by the Marianas Visitors Authority in December 2022 to help attract more Japanese visitors to the destination.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe MVA has had a number of projects with Tabi Salad through the years, and we welcome this extraordinary coverage reaching across the country,\u201d said MVA acting managing director Judy C. Torres. \u201cFor all of the MVA\u2019s destination awareness media promotions, we negotiate a tangible product, either a broadcast show, print coverage, or online content. While on Saipan in December, the three-member film crew also covered Aqua Resort Club Saipan, Mariana Lighthouse, diving at Laulau Beach, Sabalu Market, Micro Beach, Mt.
