A new massage shop has opened in Chalan Kanoa that offers an invigorating and lush full body massage experience. Spa Ocean opened only last Jan. 25 and is sl<\/span>owly making a name for itself because of its unique massage offerings.<\/span><\/p>\n

For instance, its Full Body Care A package is the Cadillac of all massages as it comes with foot sauna, body scrub, full body massage, and facial massage. It costs $75 for a 90-minute treatment and $100 for two hours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Spa Ocean also offers a 90-minute Shiatsu\/Aroma Massage that includes foot sauna, full body massage, and facial massage for $50.<\/p>\n

Other massages offered at Spa Ocean are hot stone massage, facial deep care, foot massage, among others.<\/p>\n

They also have an in-house sauna and soon will also be offering manicures, pedicures, eyelash extensions, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Staff Maureen Aguon said Spa Ocean owners opened the business after the waning of COVID-19 restrictions encouraged them that it\u2019s safe to offer massages again on island.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlthough we still have this pandemic going on, over the months it hasn\u2019t been as bad as before and so I think opening a spa is not a bad thing to do. In fact we still continue our social distancing and sanitize our rooms after every use. We care about our customers\u2019 safety as well as we do ourselves.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As for what makes Spa Ocean different from other massage parlors on island, Aguon said aside from their premium massage offerings they also use only top-tier products for their customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWith all our facial massages we use one of the best Korean products. We will also have a Valentine\u2019s Day promo coming up, we\u2019ll have more information on that by Feb. 11, 2023,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spa Ocean is located at Surfrider\u2019s Hotel, right next to Great Harvest Bread Co. in Chalan Kanoa.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has four massage rooms\u2014three rooms with two beds and a room with four beds. It can accommodate 10 people at the same time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
