(CONTRIBUTED PHOTO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The 17th Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council presented to Saipan Mayor Ramon \u201cRB\u201d Camacho at the council\u2019s first session on Feb. 10 an ordinance that would require the creation of a Saipan municipal treasury within the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation, held at the Saipan Leadership Kiosku in Chalan Kanoa, Saipan, caps the 13-year journey of Saipan Municipal Ordinance 10-01-2010, which Camacho had authored when he was still the chairman of the 10th Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council. The local ordinance had been approved by former Saipan Mayor Juan B.
