Tenorio issued today, Monday, a letter terminating the employment of acting CUC executive director Dr. Dallas M. Peavey Jr. for cause.<\/p>\n<p>Tenorio informed Gov. Arnold I. Palacios and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang that she and CUC&#8217;s Human Resources staff became aware that Peavey had \u201cexhibited dishonesty and a lack of candor\u201d in his application to serve as deputy director for electric power systems.<\/p>\n<p><em>Saipan Tribune <\/em>learned that two CUC compliance officers escorted Peavey out from the CUC conference room during lunch time.<\/p>\n<p>More details to follow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Commonwealth Utilities Corp. board of directors chairwoman pro tem Janice A.
