(CONTRIBUTED PHOTO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tan Holdings blanked Hana, 11-2, in the 2023 Spring Marianas Soccer League 1 last Sunday at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville.<\/p>\n<p>From the outset, it was clear Tan Holdings were in control of the game. Their passing was crisp and accurate, and their offense worked together seamlessly for multiple scoring opportunities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It didn\u2019t take long for the first goal to come in the fourth minute from the cleats of Anthony Bergancia. From there, the floodgates opened, with Tan Holdings scoring goal after goal in quick succession.<\/p>\n<p>Hana, to their credit, tried their hardest to make a comeback, but they were simply no match to Tan Holdings\u2019 defenses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As the game progressed, Tan Holdings\u2019 Isiah Barcinas and Heman Addy completed a hat-trick each, Mark Patubo scored two, and Monico Claridades contributed one goal.<\/p>\n<p>By the time the final whistle blew, the scoreboard read 11-0 with Hana unable to put a goal through Tan Holdings\u2019 goal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paire FC 2, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Eleven Tiger 2<\/strong><br \/>\nPaire Football Club and Eleven Tiger ended their game in a 2-2 draw.<br \/>\nPaire drew first blood after the first half ended and was scored in the 50th minute by Daniel Matsunaga. Eleven Tiger\u2019s Jack Unsa then equalized it 10 minutes later, but then silence reigned for the next few minutes.<br \/>\nIn the 74th minute, Paire\u2019s Phillip Magino sprang forward with the leading goal, but then, another 10 minutes later, Jimmy Lin tied up the game once more.<br \/>\nNo more goals were made and the game ended in a stalemate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MPU FC 1, Kanoa FC 0<\/strong><br \/>\nMPU Football Club slipped a goal past Kanoa Football Club for a 1-0 win.<br \/>\nDylan Mister scored the goal for MPU in the 43 minute and that was all she wrote as Kanoa couldn\u2019t put past one MPU\u2019s goalie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MSL 2<br \/>\nMatansa FC 5,<br \/>\nOld B Bank 2<\/strong><br \/>\nIn Marianas Soccer League 2 also played last Friday, Matansa outscored Old B Bank, 5-2.<br \/>\nJordan Ruiz completed a hat-trick while teammates Jacob Arkoh and Arif Khan scored the two other goals.\u00a0<br \/>\nOld B Bank\u2019s two goals were made by John Canape in the 62nd minute and the second one was made in the 74th minute.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shirley\u2019s FC 1 3,<br \/>\nMP United FC 0<\/strong><br \/>\nShirley\u2019s Football Club 1 managed to silence MP United, 3-0.<br \/>\nJack Phan took the lead and rolled with it and scored a hat-trick\u2014one goal in the second minute, then 19th, and then the 36th minute.
