(CONTRIBUTED PHOTO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Saipan Humane Society, in collaboration with volunteer veterinarians and the Saipan Dog Control Program, will soon be hosting an almost monthlong animal clinic at the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office Animal Shelter in As Perdido.<\/p>\n<p>The four-day-a-week clinic will start next Tuesday, May 23, and will last until Wednesday, June 14.<br \/>\nServices include spay and neuter for dogs and female cats at $75 and $50 for male cats; Parvovirus vaccinations and deworming at $20; microchipping at $30; heartworm testing at $30; kennel cough vaccination is $30; rabies vaccination is $40; cat combination vaccination FVRCP is $20; while Bravecto anti-tick\/flea medication prices will vary based on weight.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteer vet Dr. Whitney Collins is returning to assist with the clinic again since her volunteer service here last March.<\/p>\n<p>The other veterinarian wants to remain nameless as she will be surprising her friend and is primarily doing surgery. Collins will also be doing surgery and consultations for complicated cases and rabies vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic will also provide blood draws for FAVN (rabies) testing for animals moving to designated rabies-free areas like Guam, Hawaii, Japan, and other specific countries.<\/p>\n<p>To self-schedule for the clinic, visit\u00a0https:\/\/saipanhumanesociety.org\/; message through Facebook or Instagram @saipanhumanesociety; Whatsapp Saipan Humane Society at 670-838-7387; or contact the SMO Animal Shelter at (670)-234-3647 (DOGS).
