{"id":391992,"date":"2023-05-19T06:06:38","date_gmt":"2023-05-18T20:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=391992"},"modified":"2023-05-19T06:06:38","modified_gmt":"2023-05-18T20:06:38","slug":"20k-bail-for-two-men-accused-of-theft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/20k-bail-for-two-men-accused-of-theft\/","title":{"rendered":"$20K bail for two men accused of theft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Superior Court has imposed a $10,000 cash bail each on two men accused of burglary and theft. <\/p>\n<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio imposed last week a $10,000 cash bail each on McPeterson Tipingeni and Jeffrey Lizama, who are separately facing charges of burglary and theft.<\/p>\n<p>Tipingeni, 30, is accused of taking two unopened boxes of butane gas, one black bag containing various tools, and an orange SkilSaw set valued at $300 from an apartment in Garapan.
