(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cA majority were cigarette buds (sic) that were left around the pavilion, used diapers, broken bottles, plastic products, and cans,\u201d said the club in their report. \u201cAlong the way we found additional trash, such as a pile of burnt trash left on the beachside sand and trash that was abandoned along the dirt road leading up to San Antonio School.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeautify My Marianas\u201d aims to keep the Northern Marianas clean and pristine and offers a minimum of $100 to groups to pick up trash in designated areas on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. Depending on the level of difficulty and the type of project (e.g., trash cleaning with some tree trimming or brush cutting), the $100 fee may be increased. Applying groups must meet all eligibility guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are available at www.mymarianas.com and www.saipanchamber.com, the MVA, or SCC, and upon approval of their application, groups will be assigned an area that requires clean up.
