HAGATNA, Guam\u2014Bank of Guam announced updates to their Guam, CNMI, and Neighboring Branches, and Familia Contact Center.<\/p>\n
The following branches and locations will resume normal hours beginning Tuesday, May 30, from 9am to 4pm. All transactions with the exception of new account openings will be available.<\/p>\n
GUAM<\/strong> CNMI<\/strong> FAMILIA CONTACT CENTER<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Temporary hours – from 6am to 9pm daily<\/p>\n The bank\u2019s Online, Voice, and Mobile Banking platform have been updated allowing customers access to check balances and view transaction history. Balances on BOG Visa Debit Cards are now current, customers can now utilize their cards at any POS or ATM that is available. All fees incurred using non-BOG ATMs will be waived until the Bank\u2019s ATM fleet has been restored.<\/p>\n \u201cOur ATMs are slowly coming back online as power and network connections stabilize and the locations we\u2019re in reopen. Our teams are on the ground and focused on the goal of bringing all our ATMs up as quickly as possible,\u201d said Joaquin P. L.G.
