Wiseman issued today, Thursday, a temporary restraining order stopping Gov. Eloy S. Inos and the CNMI government from either denying or approving any casino license.<\/p>\n<p>Wiseman issued the order after casino license applicant Marianas Stars Stars Entertainment Inc. requested a TRO, claiming that it will be irreparably harmed if such order is not issued pending a resolution of its lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>More details to follow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Associate Judge David A.
