(SAIPAN TRIBUNE)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>HONOLULU, Hawaii\u2014<\/strong>Bank of Hawaii Foundation announced a contribution of $30,000 for the American Red Cross Pacific Islands Region to help relief efforts underway following Typhoon Mawar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a longtime member of the Guam community, it\u2019s difficult to witness and experience the devastation from Typhoon Mawar firsthand as many areas are still flooded or struggling to obtain daily necessities.
