Marissa Renee Flores\u2019 (Ind-Saipan) questions during the House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee hearing on CHCC\u2019s proposed 2024 budget, Santos said the $11 million was used to augment their financial revenue deficit in fiscal year 2020.<\/p>\n<p>With the increase in the Medicaid population due to the public health emergency arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, CHCC\u2019s costs also went up, Santos said.
