The training involved five courses worth 45 hours each and yearlong CITW with Technology.<\/p>\n<p>The incentives for completing the training are MacBook Air laptops, tools, resources, and software to be used in the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>Instructors for courses include Andy Kerr of McREL, Instructional Technology, Program coordinator Jeaniffer Cubangbang, and Cohort 1 participants who completed the program. They are building capacity within CNMI PSS and raising student achievement.<\/p>\n<p>PWT data has shown an increase in technology use by students and the teachers who participated in the Instructional Technology endorsement program, as compared to those who didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the latest training\u2019s success, PSS next school year will offer four cohorts the same opportunity.
