{"id":399231,"date":"2023-09-13T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=399231"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T14:00:00","slug":"Man-sues-construction-company-over-unpaid-overtime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/Man-sues-construction-company-over-unpaid-overtime\/","title":{"rendered":"Man sues construction company over unpaid overtime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man is suing a construction company he previously worked for in federal court alleging that the company violated his rights under the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act by not paying him for<\/p>\n<p>Zhao Luzho has filed a lawsuit against his employer, Success International Corp., alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Commonwealth Minimum Wage and Hour Act because he was allegedly not paid overtime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe plaintiff was employed, and actually performing work, in a job category that is not exempt from the provisions of the FLSA and\/or the Minimum Wage and Hour Act,\u201d the lawsuit stated.<\/p>\n<p>Zhao is represented by attorneys Robert T.
