{"id":399654,"date":"2023-10-06T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=399654"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T14:00:00","slug":"Group-sets-fun-run-with-cultural-twist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/Group-sets-fun-run-with-cultural-twist\/","title":{"rendered":"Group sets fun run with cultural twist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s a fun sprint with a twist as I N\u00c5PU hosts its family-friendly event, the Tattiyi T N\u00e5pu CULTURE: Run-Walk-Push this Oct. 14.<\/p>\n<p>Since the event is meant to honor the CNMI\u2019s Commonwealth Cultural Day, participants will be wearing their best traditional garb before starting en route from Micro Beach to the American Memorial Park outdoor amphitheater.<\/p>\n<p>The event will be held from 4pm to 9pm that day. It costs $10 to join and ticket sales have already started and will be available for purchase before the event at The Shack or at Pacific Supply. Upon purchasing a ticket, participants on event day will be eligible to win prizes in categories such as \u201cbest time,\u201d \u201cbest outfit,\u201d and \u201cmost original,\u201d and will also be handed a giveaway and a ticket to enter a separate raffle. There will be prizes, refreshments, information booths, and more.
