The celebration will run all the way until July 6.<\/p>\n<p>The 69th Liberation Day Committee would like to inform the public that it is still accepting applications for non-consumable vendors and food vendors with an alcohol license as well as parade participants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe plan is to bring in and allow alcohol and there will be a section to control the alcohol and have nightly entertainment as well,\u201d Liberation committee chair Vicente Camacho said. There are 10 more booths available for all vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVendors can also start setting up as early as 6am today,\u201d Camacho said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Camacho, this year\u2019s theme is \u201cReunion of Honor: Tribute to the Mayors\u201d since the islands just lost former mayors Prudencio Manglona and Donald Glenn P.
