The workers were employed under a $2.6 million food service contract awarded to franchisee by the U.S. Navy through its Exchange Service Command for a 10-year period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Wage and Hour Division is committed to making sure employers pay workers their rightfully earned wages and benefits under the law,\u201d said Wage and Hour Division district director Terence Trotter in Honolulu. \u201cFederal contractors must understand and comply with their legal requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quick Service Foods Inc. is a food service industry employer that operates five Wendy\u2019s locations on Guam with more than 200 workers.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more about the Wage and Hour Division, including a search tool to use if you think you may be owed back wages collected by the division.
