The Public School System crushed Marpac 73-63 last Tuesday in the 2023 R&J Wine and Liquor Inter-Government Business League’s playoffs sealing their place in Monday’s Finals to take place at the Ada Gymnasium in Susupe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
With both teams undefeated up to that point in the playoffs, the supporters were highly anticipating a good game, and PSS came in hot and in just the first quarter put their mark on the board 22-12. Marpac tried to catch up but attempts weren’t as successful as hoped with the second quarter ending in 15 point deficit, favoring PSS at a 40-25.<\/p>\n
The third quarter ended looking more hopeful as Marpac kicked butt and moved that 15 point divide down to a six point defict with their 47 against PSS’ 53.<\/p>\n
At the end of the night it was PSS who took home the win with a 73-63.<\/p>\n
