{"id":402034,"date":"2023-11-20T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=402034"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T14:00:00","slug":"West-Coast-Restaurant-hops-on-buffet-bandwagon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/West-Coast-Restaurant-hops-on-buffet-bandwagon\/","title":{"rendered":"West Coast Restaurant hops on buffet bandwagon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>West Coast Restaurant has joined the suddenly popular lunch buffet trend with the retro- and vintage-theme restaurant introducing their very own eat-all-you-can offering last Nov. 13.<\/p>\n<p>The Susupe restaurant\u2019s management said they introduced the lunch buffet to offer a diverse dining experience for their customers.<\/p>\n<p>West Coast Restaurant\u2019s buffet typically includes a variety of salads, hot entrees, desserts, and more and stands out with the buffet menu\u2019s unique blend of flavors and carefully curated dishes, setting it apart from other buffets on the island.<\/p>\n<p>The typical smorgasbord fare changes day to day, but the staples include chicken afritada, basa fish with butter lemon sauce, loco moco (burger steak), fried chicken in sweet chili sauce, Filipino-style pork steak, breaded mahi, and mixed pancit.<\/p>\n<p>The buffet offering could also have potato salad, seafood salad, mac\u00e9doine salad, a variety of sushi, vegetable cream soup, red and steamed rice, and seasonal fruits.<\/p>\n<p>Management said the West Coast Restaurant has been getting rave reviews since starting the lunch buffet last Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reception has been positive, with customers enjoying the wide range of options available&#8230;The feedback from customers has been favorable, and we appreciate the support.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lunch buffet, which is from 11am to 2pm, costs $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 5-10.
