Luncheon begins at 11:30am with the meeting starting at noon.<\/p>\n<p>The main guest speaker is Rear Adm. Tilghman D. Payne, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Marianas and commander of Joint Region Marianas, regarding the military&#8217;s intentions on Tinian and Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>Also speaking is Kay Delafield, legal adviser of the CNMI&#8217;s Water Task Force, regarding CUC&#8217;s infrastructure improvement projects in Lower Base.<\/p>\n<p>Luncheon cost for Chamber members is $20.
