{"id":402627,"date":"2023-12-22T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=402627"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T14:00:00","slug":"DPS-sets-sobriety-checkpoints-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/DPS-sets-sobriety-checkpoints-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"DPS sets sobriety checkpoints tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CNMI Department of Public Safety would like to announce that they will conduct several sobriety checkpoints tomorrow, Dec. 23, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The times and places are as follow:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 6pm-7:15pm along Chalan Monsignor Martinez by CNMI NAP office in As Lito.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 6pm-7:15pm along Chalan Monsignor Guerrero by Joeten Building in Dandan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 9pm-10:15pm along Chalan Pale Arnold by Twins Supermarket in Lower Navy Hill.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 9pm-10:15pm along Beach Road by the Garapan Fishing Base.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of these scheduled checkpoints is to promote public safety while increasing awareness of the dangers of driving while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications while on the island&#8217;s roadways.
