The restaurant is also a member of the NMC Proa Perks program and cardholders will get unlimited iced tea and miso soup. Same goes for Take Care Insurance members.

Boongaling also said their Holiday Special packages have become so popular that only the $119.99 Set A package is left for preorder.

The aforementioned Holiday Special package includes glazed ham (8-al lbs), macaroni salad (1 lb), coffee jelly (1 lb), and dinner roll, and 50z ham sauce.

Boongaling said she stopped the preorders for the $169.99 Set B and the $249.99 Set C packages—both headlined by Fork & Spoon’s ever so popular lechon belly—because she doesn’t want to compromise the quality of their food in exchange for more profit.

Lately, Fork & Spoon has also gained a following on Tinian with Boongaling sharing that they’ve been receiving orders from the neighboring island (of course lechon belly has been one of the favorites) and they manage to ship the food items via Star Marianas Air.

Located at Springs Plaza in Gualo Rai, Fork & Spoon is open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
