Tudela, Northern Marianas College<\/p>\n<p>Past-president: Nicole S. Babauta, Docomo Pacific CNMI<\/p>\n<p>President-elect: Joyce Esguerra, IT&amp;E CNMI<\/p>\n<p>Secretary: Rob Harrell, IT&amp;E CNMI<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer: Wendielyn Escota, Marianas Eye Institute<\/p>\n<p>Membership &amp; Marketing director: Christine Aninzo, CNMI Judiciary<\/p>\n<p>Program director: Plumeria Aldan-Castro, Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.<\/p>\n<p>Legislation director: Catherine Cachero (ex-officio member)<\/p>\n<p>Certification director: Frank Gibson (ex-officio member)<\/p>\n<p>Advisor to the board: Frank Ada, Triple J Enterprises (ex-officio member)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach member of the board brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to the field of human resources, and we are confident that their leadership will contribute to the success and growth of our chapter,\u201d the SHRM news release stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur primary focus will be on fostering an even more inclusive and supportive environment for our members and advocating for the advancement of HR practices in our community by actively engaging with local businesses, educational institutions, and government bodies,\u201d said Tudela.<\/p>\n<p>SHRM thanks its outgoing board members for their efforts and commitment to the CNMI Chapter of SHRM during their tenure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to a productive and successful year ahead under the guidance of our new board of directors.
