About 60 students, teachers, and staff of NMIS gathered at the Sugar Dock in Susupe for a cleanup drive as part of the summer school program \u201cEcological Awareness.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NMIS is one of the fast-growing schools on Saipan. Its summer program started the first batch last June 9 up to July 4. The second batch will start on July 9 to Aug. 1 and the third and last batch will be from Aug. 4 to 15.<\/p>\n<p>Programs for Grades 1 to 8 include photography, marine awareness, public speaking, ecological and historical awareness, and ESL and CSL (Chinese as a second language). The kindergarten class will have arts and crafts, baking, and cooking<\/p>\n<p>Enrollment for the school year 2014-2015 is ongoing! For more information call (670) 234-NMIS (6647).
