{"id":404534,"date":"2024-01-29T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-29T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=404534"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T14:00:00","slug":"Where-to-get-vaccinated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/Where-to-get-vaccinated\/","title":{"rendered":"Where to get vaccinated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By YOUR HEALTH<\/p>\n<p>CNMI children and adults who are eligible to get vaccinated may do so through the various clinics and health centers operated by the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. and its partner clinics all over the islands of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.<\/p>\n<p>The CHCC\u2019s immunization program aims to curb the introduction and prevent the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases in the CNMI. Its goals include increasing and maintaining high immunization coverage, expanding access to vaccines, and enforcing public health immunization laws.<\/p>\n<p>The CHCC\u2019s immunization program provides routine vaccinations to eligible individuals who have Medicaid and those who may or may not have health insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Vaccines are free for those with ages between 0-18 years old through the Vaccines for Children program, while the Section 317 program allows those 19 years old and above free access to vaccines. Those who are uninsured but would like to get vaccinated may contact CHCC\u2019s Immunization Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Vaccine services are available at the following locations:<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHCC Immunization Clinic<\/strong> at the main campus, lower level of the hospital in Garapan on Saipan. It is open from Monday to Friday with office hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm. For inquiries, call (670) 234-8745\/08\/80\/81\/83<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHCC Outpatient Clinics<\/strong> (Children\u2019s Clinic, Family Care Clinic, and Women\u2019s Clinic)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tinian Health Center<\/strong> in San Jose, Tinian. Contact them at (670) 433-9233<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rota Health Cente<\/strong>r in Songsong, Rota. Contact them at (670) 532=9461<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHCC Mobile Clinic and Outreach Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vaccines are also available through CHCC\u2019s Vaccines for Children\/COVID-19 Partner Clinics in the CNMI:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical Associates of the Pacific<\/strong> located at the Mariana Heights Business Park on Saipan. The clinic is open from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. For inquiries, call (670) 323-9000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marianas Medical Cente<\/strong>r located at the JKR Building in Garapan, Saipan. Clinic hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and from 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. Contact them at (670) 234-3926.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kagman Isla Community Health<\/strong> is at 6690 Kagman Road in Kagman, Saipan. The clinic is open Mondays to Fridays and is closed during the weekends and every third Wednesday of the month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Southern Isla Community Health<\/strong> is located at 856 Chalan Tun Tomas P. Sablan in San Antonio, Saipan. The clinic is open Mondays to Fridays and is closed during the weekends and every third Wednesday of the month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tinian Isla Community Health<\/strong>. The clinic is located at 5 Canal Street in San Jose, Tinian.
