Ferrer started the season on the right foot by winning Mini II Class of the 2024 \u201cMOTO IV\u201d Points Race Series last Sunday race at the Cowtown Race Park.<\/p>\n<p>The 13-year-old Tanapag Middle School student won both heats aboard his 2021 Yamaha YZ85 for a perfect 50 points. Calix Cruz was the only other rider in the division and finished with 44 points.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feels really good especially for the first race of the season. The course was really muddy and the weather was rainy and most of the time cold,\u201d said Ferrer.<\/p>\n<p>He then dedicated the win to his father, mother, sister, and all of his supporters and friends at the track.<\/p>\n<p>In the Big Boy ATV Class, Henry Camacho Sr. also took both races for 50 points, while defending champion Christian \u201cHollywood\u201d Camacho finished second with 44 points.<\/p>\n<p>In the Women\u2019s Class, Guam\u2019s Mariana Wenden beat all comers for both heats for a perfect 50 points. Billie Pangelinan finished second with 44 points, while Mari Alvarez came in third with 40 points.<\/p>\n<p>The organizing Marianas Racing Association also came out with the 10-race 2024 calendar with the competitions set on March 17, April 28, May 19, June 30, July 7, July 28, Aug. 11, and Aug. 15.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 480px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/imgupload\/a370b9c8511200c4b17f3784e06d838c.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/p>\n<p>T.J.
